Standard Processing

Standard processing includes your choice of steaks, roasts and burger.

• Steaks are vacuum sealed with two to four steaks per package


• Burger is vacuum sealed in 1 lb packages


• Stew meat available on request


• Custom packaging available on request

($50 breakdown fee on whole carcasses)

Boned-out - $425

(Rush fee required after archery season on boneless)

Other Prices & Fees

 • Cleaning Fee $50 (excessive dirt or hair)


• After hour intake $150 (between 7pm-8am) 


• Rush Fee $200 (Available options for up to 24 hr rush-   steaks, roasts, burger, bulk sausage)


• Addition beef fat $3.00 per lb


• $15 daily storage fee after 5 days
